There are no border lines any where on the earth or water. They are only on the paper and in the offices. They are not physical and they are only imaginery. Nothing happens. The world will move on.brThere will be different facilities and different difficulties. There will be nothing to lose at the lowest end and there will be losing at the highest end as there can not be too many presidents, prime ministers, kings and queens even though there can be many more ranks of second order or below but there can be only one at the fisrt order or highest level.brI feel it will be still better for the people.
