What would the world be like if the Nazis won the war?

Question

What would the world be like if the Nazis won the war?
What would be different?

Answer

Basically, it would look like a world completely run by Democratsbrbr Hatred of Israel both Democrats and Nazis hate Israel.brbr Shoveling dead baby bodies into furnaces The Nazis did this to children killed in the haulocaust, and Democrats do it to aborted childrenbrbr No gun rights Not many people know that Hitler eliminated gun rights for private citizens in Germany so that it would be more difficult to overthrow him. Democrats also hate gun rightsbrbr Total government control over the economy, food supply, and virtually every single critical societal function. The Nazis implemented a government of ultimate statecontrol that took over free markets and capitalism. Democrats also hate free markets and capitalism.brbr No freedom of religion. The Nazis imprisoned and executed people of every religion except some sects of Arian Protestantism, and even imprisoned some within this sect. Democrats also hate the idea of people having freedom of religion.brbr No freedom of speech. German detractors of the Nazi rule were immediately imprisoned, andor put to death. Democrats also hate freedom of speech, and are currently trying to make it a federal crime, punishable by years in prison, to publicly speak out against homosexuality.brbrThats what it would look like.

What would the World be like if Gunpowder was never invented?

Question

What would the World be like if Gunpowder was never invented?
I was thinking about this for awhile. If gun powder was never discovered it would seem like the world would be more chaotic then it is now and we would not have most of our most advanced tech. People would have have to rely on swords and arrows which would make controling a large empire harder since everyone virtually has the same technology.

Answer

Thats a very good question that involves alot of knowledge on the history of warfare, technology, and human society. Obviously we cant really determine how the world would be today if gunpowder were never discovered. There would be another genre of weapons created... we wouldnt still have just swords and bows. i would guess war would be alot longer, and alot bloodier, just like it was before gunpowder, but you never really know.

What would our world be like if time didnt exist?

Question

What would our world be like if time didnt exist?
I dont think that time is a pshysical thing, rather a thoughtform which has given rise to a time culture and offshoots. These include time pieces watches, clocks, timers etc lifestyles nightlife, rat race etc mindsets jetlag, Monday morning blues, that Friday feeling and so on.

Answer

Star question!brWonder why you chose to put it here under philosophy. The physicist has already given a highly read scientific answer which indeed is great!!brLet me anyway attempt a philosophical answer.brbrIndeed time is relative if we did not have scientific instruments to measure it .... more importantly, our thought process seems to beat the time though not quite totally.... but our physical processes can not beat time except for marginal changes... our heart beat is fairly regular in terms of time, we can run a mile in minutes, but certainly not in minutes or even less. brbrEven our thought process consumes time, however fast it might be. brbrI would therefore say that if time did not exist, there would only be imagination, no thoughts, no physical activities, nothing except imagination. The whole world would be nonphysical imaginary existence... something similar to what we understand by illusion....brbrMind boggling, really!! Thanks again for one of the greatest questions I have seen posted here!!
